Probation Declaration

This is a very important mail. This mail is for the kind attention of our friends who joined in the year 2007 & 2008. At the time of joining we all send the police verification proforma to the directorate. But our police verification & regularization is not completed.
We had SRG training program at Thiruvananthapuram this week (02/12 to 04/12). When we met JD, Rajiv Sir, we discussed this issue with him. He asked us to meet Administrative officer . We went to directorate and met AO. He said all the pending works of directorate will be finished with in a few months. We said our documents seems to be missing from here.He is a nice person
Then we met Section Clerk, She also a good lady. She taken files from the cupboard, but we didn't see our proformas. One or two of our friends moved individually, their proformas are there. She told us to collect all the proformas once more and submit them to her. She will complete the work with in a month. She told us don't submit separately, collect all & reach her. She said proformas of those who joined this year (2009 June) were already sent for verification. That is correct. Our friends in Kannur said is true.
So we decided to collect the proformas during the days December 14,15 & 16 - district wise training days
As we completed two years of service, our probation need to be declared. So we will collect
1. Proforma for police verification (It should be of joining date)2. probation declaration proforma (from the currently working principal)
(Those who joined in 2008 need to give only first one)
As the probation proforma needs principal's signature, give the 2 proformas on 14th itself & ask them to get the signature on 15th morning.collect every thing on 15th itself
Profomas of all the candidates need to be collected district wise .The following persons will collect the district wise proformas & later we will collect all the district set and submit to director.
