കോട്ടയ്ക്കല്‍: പി.എസ്.സി സംസ്ഥാനാടിസ്ഥാനത്തില്‍ നടത്തിയ ഹയര്‍സെക്കന്‍ഡറി കമ്പ്യൂട്ടര്‍ സയന്‍സ് അധ്യാപക പരീക്ഷയില്‍ പിഴവുകളുടെ പെരുമഴ. ചോദ്യങ്ങള്‍ അക്കാദമിക നിലവാരം പുലര്‍ത്തിയില്ലെന്നും പരക്കെ ആക്ഷേപമുണ്ട്. പി.എസ്.സി പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ച താത്കാലിക ഉത്തരസൂചിക ഉദ്യോഗാര്‍ഥികളെ അക്ഷരാര്‍ഥത്തില്‍ ഞെട്ടിക്കുന്നതായിരുന്നു. 26 ചോദ്യങ്ങള്‍ക്കുള്ള യഥാര്‍ഥ ഉത്തരങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് പി.എസ്.സിയുടെ ഉത്തരസൂചികയുമായി ഒരുബന്ധവും ഇല്ല. പല ചോദ്യങ്ങള്‍ക്കും തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കാനുള്ള ഉത്തരങ്ങള്‍ ചോദ്യക്കടലാസില്‍ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നില്ല. പക്ഷേ, പി.എസ്.സി അവയ്ക്കും ഉത്തരം നല്‍കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഇതുകൂടാതെയാണ് ആല്‍ഫാകോഡ് ഡിയിലെ ചോദ്യങ്ങളുടെ ആവര്‍ത്തനം. 26-ാമത്തെയും 27-ാമത്തെയും ചോദ്യങ്ങളും ഉത്തരങ്ങളും ഒന്നുതന്നെ. അടുത്തടുത്ത ചോദ്യങ്ങള്‍തന്നെ ആവര്‍ത്തിച്ചത് എത്ര അശ്രദ്ധമായാണ് ചോദ്യപേപ്പര്‍ തയ്യാറാക്കിയിട്ടുള്ളത് എന്ന് വ്യക്തമാക്കുന്നു.

പ്രശ്‌നമുന്നയിക്കപ്പെടുന്ന 26 ചോദ്യങ്ങളില്‍ ആറെണ്ണത്തിനുള്ള ഉത്തരങ്ങള്‍ ചോദ്യക്കടലാസില്‍ ഇല്ല. പിന്നെങ്ങനെ അതിനുള്ള ഉത്തരങ്ങള്‍കൂടി ഉത്തരസൂചികയില്‍ നല്‍കിയെന്ന് ഉദ്യോഗാര്‍ഥികള്‍ ചോദിക്കുന്നു. സിലബസില്‍ പറയുന്ന പലഭാഗങ്ങളും സ്​പര്‍ശിക്കാതെയാണ് ചോദ്യപേപ്പര്‍ തയ്യാറാക്കിയതെന്നും പല ചോദ്യങ്ങളും താഴ്ന്ന നിലവാരം പുലര്‍ത്തുന്നവയായിരുന്നെന്നും ആക്ഷേപമുണ്ട്.

താത്കാലിക ഉത്തരസൂചികയില്‍ പരാതികളുണ്ടെങ്കില്‍ അവ പരിഗണിച്ച് പുതിയ ഉത്തരസൂചിക പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കും എന്നതാണ് പി.എസ്.സിയുടെ നയം. ഇതനുസരിച്ചായിരിക്കും മൂല്യനിര്‍ണയം. താത്കാലിക ഉത്തരസൂചിക പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ച് 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം പരീക്ഷാകണ്‍ട്രോളര്‍ക്ക് കൃത്യമായ ഫോര്‍മാറ്റില്‍ തെറ്റ് തെളിയിക്കുന്ന വിശ്വാസയോഗ്യമായ റഫറന്‍സുകള്‍ സഹിതം നല്‍കുന്ന പരാതികളാണ് പരിഗണിക്കുക. ഉദ്യോഗാര്‍ഥികളില്‍ പലരും പരാതി അയച്ചുകഴിഞ്ഞു.

ഹയര്‍സെക്കന്‍ഡറി കമ്പ്യൂട്ടര്‍ സയന്‍സ്/കമ്പ്യൂട്ടര്‍ ആപ്ലിക്കേഷന്‍സ് അധ്യാപക പരീക്ഷകള്‍ക്ക് സ്റ്റേറ്റ് എലിജിബിലിറ്റി ടെസ്റ്റും (സെറ്റ്) ബി.എഡും ആവശ്യമില്ല. മാത്രമല്ല, എം.എസ്‌സി കമ്പ്യൂട്ടര്‍ സയന്‍സ്, എം.സി.എ, എം.ടെക് ബിരുദധാരികളുടെ അഭാവത്തില്‍ എം.എസ്‌സി മാത്‌സ്, ഫിസിക്‌സ് ബിരുദക്കാരെയും ബി.ടെക്, ബി.എസ്‌സി കമ്പ്യൂട്ടര്‍ സയന്‍സ് ബിരുദക്കാരെയും പരിഗണിക്കും. ഇവര്‍ക്ക് കമ്പ്യൂട്ടര്‍ ആപ്ലിക്കേഷനില്‍ ഡിപ്ലോമ (പി.ജി.ഡി.സി.എ) ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കണമെന്നുമാത്രം.

Generation of SDO bills through SPARK-Problems and Solutions

1.It may display "you don't have SDO Privilege"

Sol: Login as Nodal officer. Go to Administration->Edit employee record. then give your PEN
and choose Present Salary details. Set your SDO code as 6 digit number. if SDO code has only
5 digit, then attach one zero at left side.Then press confirm.

2. You can't generate bill

Sol:Login as Nodal officer and create a SDO bill type(it must be done only once).

Its procedure is:

a) Go to Salary matters->Est bill type

b) Choose DDO from list

c) Create a new bill and give a name ie bill type: SD ,description :SDO Bill, Give head of account, Non plan and Voted

d) attach your name with that bill by selecting Administration->Edit employe record.Then give PEN and select Present salary details.Give Bill type as "SDO bill".

3.You canot see the bill to print

Sol: The bills are in PDF format. so you must have a PDF reader s/w like Acrobat Reader
etc. It is better to install "Foxit Reader" from internet for using PDF files.Foxit Reader
is a simple PDF s/w.

വിന്ഡോസ് system ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നവറുടെ ഒരു പ്രധാന പ്രശ്നം ആണ് ഫോള്ഡറുകള്ക്ക് സുരക്ഷിതത്വം ഇല്ല എന്നത്,നമുക്ക് സ്വകാര്യമായി ഒരു Folder ഉപയോഗിക്കണം എങ്കില് മറ്റുള്ള സോഫ്റ്റ്വെയറുകളെ ആശ്രയിക്കുകയേ രക്ഷയുള്ളൂ.വിന്ഡോസില് ഒരു Folder ഹൈഡ് ചെയ്ത് ഇട്ടാല് തന്നെ search ചെയ്ത് ഹൈഡ് ചെയ്ത ഫോള്ഡറുകളെ കണ്ടെത്താം..ഇതിനൊരു ചെറിയ Solution ആണ് താഴെ കൊടുത്തിരിക്കുന്നത്
മറ്റ് സോഫ്റ്റ്വെയറുകളെ ആശ്രയിക്കാതെ തന്നെ നമുക്ക് സ്വകാര്യമായി ഒരു folder ഉപയോഗ്ഗിക്കാം.ഇതിനായി താഴെ കോടുത്തിരിക്കുന്ന നിര്ദ്ദേശങ്ങള് പാലിച്ചാല് മതി ആദ്യമായി നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് ആവശ്യമുള്ള folder നിര്മ്മിക്കണം ഇനി existing folder ആണെങ്കില് അത് ആയാലും മതി ആ ഫോള്ഡറിന്റെ പേര് xxx എന്ന് വെയ്ക്കാം,അത് C Drive ആണ് നിര്മ്മിച്ചത് അടുത്തതായി നിങ്ങളുടെ Command Prompt ഏടുക്കണം അതിനായി start ല് ക്ലിക്ക് ചെയ്ത് run എടുത്ത് അതില് cmd എന്ന് ടൈപ്പ് ചെയ്ത് enter കീ അമര്ത്തണം അതിന് ശേഷം Command Promptല് attrib +s +h C:\xxx എന്ന് ടൈപ്പ് ചെയ്ത് Enter അമര്ത്തണം ഇത് ചെയ്ത് കഴിയുമ്പോള് Foldder Hidden ആവുകയും,സെര്ച്ച് ചെയ്താല് പോലും കാണുകയും ഇല്ല ഇനി ഈ ലോക്ക് ചെയ്ത Folder തുറക്കണം എങ്കില് attrib -s -h C:\xxx എന്ന് ടൈപ്പ് ചെയ്ത് Enter അമര്ത്തണം
